Turnaround Time
Our main goal is to always try to get your job back to you as fast as possible because we know how important it is for you to get your photos back to be able to use them for your project. Our turnaround is usually 2-3 business days depending on the size of the order.
To help in our turnaround process, filling out the info in our order form with details in what you are looking for will help us even further in deciding what is wanted. Most importantly, making sure your photos are properly named with what each photo is will help us tremendously in getting your order started and completed quickly.
Delivery Process
Our deliver process is very simple:
- Once your photos are completed you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has been completed.
- After that, you will get a separate "cloud" email that has your photos fully finished to your liking. We have your photos sent this way so we can make sure you get your finished product.
